The CAMANA Water Reclamation Facility is Maynilad's newest project that will significantly expand sewerage coverage in the West Zone of Metro Manila. Located in a 16-hectare lot along Dagat-dagatan Ave. Ext., Sawata Area in Maypajo Caloocan City, it is designed to comply with the Water Quality Guidelines of 2016 (DAO 2016-08) - a more stringent standard mandated by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Once completed, it will be Maynilad's largest sewage treatment plant in terms of capacity, capable of treating about 205 million liters of wastewater per day.
