(March 11, 2019) Griffinstone, Inc. recently inaugurated its newest project in the heart of Filinvest City in Muntinlupa  – the One Griffinstone Building. This building joins the other prime commercial and office buildings that are rising in this budding business district in the South of Metro Manila. The structure is designed to be BPO–friendly, and is categorized as a Gold LEED structure which makes it an energy and resource-efficient building. One Griffinstone Building was completed by premier contractor, D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) in 31 months, with project cost amounting to P 1.44 billion. The building has 18–storeys, 6 basement floors and a helipad.
