SOUTH METRO MANILA SKYWAY PROJECT (STAGE 2)
An engineering and procurement contract for the design and construction of the 6.88-kilometer elevated expressway extending from Bicutan, Parañaque to Alabang, Muntinlupa City. An extension and linkage to the South Luzon Expressway. The main feature of the project include, elevated structures, slip ramps, at-grade roads and other improvements.
LRT LINE 1 NORTH EXTENSION PROJECT (A Joint Venture with First Balfour, Inc.)
Civil and Architectural Works, including the construction of the three new stations (Balintawak, Roosevelt and North Ave., as well as improvements in the Monumento Station), modification of pedestrian overpasses and the provision and installation of all required elevators and escalators
TARLAC – PANGASINAN - LA UNION TOLL EXPRESSWAY (TPLEX)
A Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Project awarded through bidding to the Private Infrastructure Development Corporation (PIDC) led by San Miguel Corporation and D.M. Consunji, Inc.
The 88.58 kilometers 2-lane asphalt concrete paved expressway on embankments with 8 interchanges, 12 bridgeways, 2 viaducts, 65 underpasses, 1 overpass, 3 farm crossing and Tollway Facilities.
This project will be the first of its kind to be implemented through Public-Private Partnership in pursuing the objective of developing an all Filipino infrastructure project.
METRO RAIL TRANSIT LINE 7

22-kilometer light rail transit route, with 14 stations which starts from San Jose, Del Monte, Bulacan and ends at the integrated MRT Line 3 – MRT Line 7 Stations at North Avenue, Edsa, Quezon City
CALACA POWER PLANT REHABILITATION
Facilities rehabilitation which includes Chlorinator House, Boiler 1 Steel Structure Framing, Repair of Pulverizer (Unit 2), Silo (Plaster, Post-Tensioning, Gunite Works)
PUTATAN 100 MLD WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Design, supply commissioning, testing and performance of a duly Integrated Membrane System, "IMS" to deliver 100 MLD of potable water into the MWSI distribution network. The feed water will be variable TDS surface water from Laguna De Bay lake at the Putatan Water Treatment Plant works. DMCI is soley responsible for all temporary works, formworks design, procurement, construction and testing of all civil engineering, piping, electrical works, mechanical works and building works, with any excavation, reinstatement, and refurbishment works including drainage, plumbing, sanitary installations, and hot and cold water.
NEW PASAY (PAGCOR) PUMP STATION AND RESERVOIR
23 MLD Reservoir, Pump Station and Generator House. Scope of works include civil, structural, architectural, plumbing and sanitary works, motor control center, instrumentation and automation, mechanical and electrical works.
SUPPLY AND DISCHARGE PIPELINES FOR NEW PASAY PUMP STATION (PACKAGE 2 & 3)
Pavement cutting, breaking and surface restoration. Installation of 1,284m and 736m of 1800mm steel pipe by standard steel pipe laying. Installation of butterfly valves, blow-off valve assembly, valve vault and access manhole.
