BUILDINGS

With its experties, DMCI has constructed the largest number of highrise and commercial buildings in the Philippines, especially in the Makati and Ortigas Centers, two of the country's premier financial district.

For instance, for the Ayala Group, DMCI has just undertaken the Roxas Triangle Tower, a 50-storey building along Paseo de Roxas in Makati and the QUAD 4 Mixed Used Development Residential Condominium.

For the SM Group, DMCI completed the SM Megamall, the largest mall in South East Asia, SM Bacoor, SM Fairview , SM Manila, and recently SM Sucat Annex.

Along Roxas Boulevard, DMCI is presently undertaking the remaining finishing works of Golden Empire, a 58 storey residential building developed by Moldex Land, Inc.

DMCI's largest and most significant highrise project was the P6 billion Rockwell Center Condominium Towers in Makati City. The project was awarded March 1997 by the Lopez Group.

Also under buildings product line, DMCI has undertaken Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings ( Shopping Malls ), Office Buildings for Banks and some big corporation in the Philippines, and also buildings for Industrial Plants owned and operated by multi-national companies.

 

 

 
 
 
 

 

CIVIL WORKS

DMCI's expertise in civil works has been proven by the numerous projects it has successfully completed and continues to undertake at present.

Among the notable civil works contracts awarded to DMCI were the Alabang Interchange, the Halang Interchange, one kilometer bridge accross Magat River in Isabela, several bridges and flyovers in the Middle East countries, the Ayala-Herrera-Paseo Underpass and the elevated  walkway in Makati City, awarded by the Ayala Group after the successful completion of the Ayala underpass in 1995; Foundation works of the MRT 3 Depot at North Triangle Development, Pile driving and Civil works for the Smokey Mountain Development and Reclamation Project; the civil and site development works for the JG Summit Petrochemical Plant in Brgy. Simlong, Batangas; the SM seawall shoreline protection of the SM Group at Reclamation Area at Roxas Boulevard, water treatment plants for several water districts, water transmission pipeline for MWSS and water districts in Camarines del Sur ( Partido ), irrigation dam in Agusan del Sur for NIA, power transmission line and substation for National Power Corporation ( NPC ), the 14.5 kilometer double track and depot of LRT 2 along and recently the multi-million peso chilled warehouse and seapart wharf complex for Unifrutti in Davao.
